Avalon’s staff provides catered services and is available to take residents to appointments of any type and to facilitate the connecting of residents with the health care provider of the resident’s choice. Promotion and coordination of
services is accomplished through a network of health information,
referral and education. This includes addressing various health care
issues on site through presentations and clinics. 24 HOUR CARETAKER SERVICE All of Avalon’s
residential options offer the option of connecting to our caretaker
